[BUG] Prawn Suit jets around herky jerky [46040]

VERSION: Experimental build 46040 2017-03-30 1:09PM EST
EXPECTATION: Prawn suit jetting would be smooth, as it was circa a month ago.
ACTUAL: Prawn suit is jetting like a drunk person with hiccups in build 46040. This was going on in at least the previous dev build, I only built my prawn recently so I'm not sure when it started.
REPRO STEPS:
1) Build P.R.A.W.N. MK III
2) Board P.R.A.W.N. MK III
3) Try to use the jets (hold down spacebar).
alternate:
3) Walk off a cliff.
It is like my characters look axis is jerking around with a violent case of hiccups or hiccoughs. Or just coughing.
This occurs whether "jetting" or in freefall. This occurs if I board from the water or from the Moonpool. I have not tested with the jump jet upgrades.
Walking is reasonably OK but the beacons are still very herky-jerky.
