Multiple bugs I don't know if they've been fixed.

So before I get started, hi everyone. I just managed to get my email confirmed.
Now I don't know if any of the bugs below are fixed or even reported but I'll list them.
A Reaper Leviathan spawns in out of nowhere leaving me no chance to escape, they can also despawn at random so you don't know where they are.
In wrecks and the precursor bases you can get stuck in walls and drown. In Hardcore mode when you've been playing a save for 20 hours this can be devastating. I don't REALLY mind that because I really don't mind playing through it all again.
Let me know if you've been experiencing these also.
