Alright I'm running version 45297 and I found a battery exploit on survival mode. Its really simple you have one battery in your inventory, you build a flood light, you take the battery out and then deconstruct the floodlight and now you have two batteries, you can keep doing this till your inventory is full of batteries, since the flood light give you an almost fully charged battery if one is in it or not.
The scanner room has the same exploit with camera drones, you take the drones into your inventory deconstruct then rebuild and it places new drones there, and now you have extra for free.
