Centering the MP room and Moonpool on the Foundation - posible solution

I am sure I am not the only one here wishing we can keep our bases outposts neat tidy and symmetrical. So I think I figured it out.
Cut the Foundation in 4 pieces. A Mini Foundation if you will (MF in text for now). This would be excellent way to cover MP rooms with 9x9 MF and even able to cover single lane corridors or single piece X corridors.
This I think would be very easy to program in and would not require changing the current block setup of base pieces.
I am very much liking the base building of this game and would love to solve my major issue with centered placement of entire base.
