Hover Craft/Submersible

Who else thinks we need a faster submarine? i was thinking maybe there could be a extremely advanced untested alterra hover craft/submersible. it would be small like the sea moth bot it would be slower under water but it would hover 3 or 4 feet of the water and would be extremely fast above water. it would have less health than the sea moth. hey maybe one of you could make a 3d model and post it here if you want to see something like that in the game. A while back, someone came up with a speedboat-type craft. Personally, I thought it'd be a ton of fun, especially if we ever got storm waves.
