Yeah, sensory chambers should do radial sighting. I think hives already do this themselves (correct me if I'm wrong) but it would still make the sensory chamber more useful for like outposts so you know if marines are coming.
Having sensory chambers in an offensive support role (increasing accuracy of off towers) sounds neat too. Otherwise they are completely useless anywhere except for when they are built at the hive just for upgrades. All chambers should have some sort of tactical role (O and D already do).

Sensory towers should add a certain percentage to the accuracy of Offense Turrets in its radius (perhaps 10% per? just a guess). Up to a limit of 3 maximum that would improve accuracy (so in that case, maximum 30% increase).
It seems to me that even a marine with a light machine gun can go and make short work of towers provided they're not supported by aliens at the time. Or even with some support, still rather easy-ish.

however. lvl 1 and lvl 3 of adv.hivesight is exactly the same. and it makes marines much easier to target.

something definitely needs to be done with sensory, but dont forget balance issues, aliens are already pretty well-suited for battle w/marines
