Make PRAWN/Seamoth cargo accessible from inside Cyclops when docked

Something I have not tried before, but has become an instant, huge irritation is not being able to access the storage area of the PRAWN or Seamoth from inside the Cyclops while they are docked. It's like not being able to load/unload the Galileo while it is in the landing bay of the USS Enterprise.
