transparent wrecks

So far 6 of my wrecks are not there, just a bunch of floating doorways and such. I have searched all the wrecks I can but there are no items to scan. I am missing the modification station, the scanner room, the power cell recharger, the fourth piece to the prawn suit, the prawn drill arm, all the fragments save 2. There are probably a couple others I cant think of at the moment. I assume others are having this same problem, just needed to voice my 2 cents is all.

I and many others are seeing the skinless wrecks.
In my previous games and in reinstalling SN (4 times), some wrecks could be exploited others could not.
Somtimes I find missing fragments in wrecks or areas that I revisit, sometimes not.
