a quick question on diseased fish XD

Anyone know if you can hatch/breed for let's say a bone shark that has the disease visually? And do every cook able variants have visually diseased versions to? Would love to know because I want to make my own variant of a research facility specializing in the disease and a personal collection to add more goals for my immersion. Would love a list, Thanks in advice
