Console bug?

I like playing around with the console command but I also like to do a console survival but what bugs me is that after I enter a command into the console (eg. invisible) the fabricator goes into an endless loop and I can't connect power to my bases. I think there's more but that's all I have discovered. Also I don't know if this is an actual bug or something that is in the game but it just annoys me that I can't use the fabricator. I have verified the files and it also happens in the survival game modes. If anyone has a answer to this PLEASE tell me! It will be greatly appreciated.
