This one is new but happened just once. I've got it on Thirsty Onos #22 joining the Alien team. I was holding Tab and pressed F4, didn't hold Alt just in case one may think about it, though Alt+F4 doesn't mean anything in my environment anyway. Here's what I have in ~/.xsession-errors:
NS2+ v369 loaded (NS2 Build 3/opt/SteamLinux/SteamApps/common/Natural Selection 2/ns2_linux32: symbol lookup error: /opt/SteamLinux/SteamApps/common/Natural Selection 2/libSpark_Core.so: undefined symbol: _ZN3tbb8internal24concurrent_queue_base_v818internal_push_moveEPKv
After I restarted the game it worked fine as usual. Looks like the library wasn't updated with the main binary or something, I verified files afterwards and everything looks fine so it's not on my side. The signature unmangles to:
tbb::internal::concurrent_queue_base_v8::internal_push_move(void const*)
