How to build Multi Puropse Rooms (MPRs) above the surface

1. Build an MPR as high as possible.
2. Build an I-Corridor (I-C) from inside the MPR.
3. Build a Hatch on the ceiling of the I-C. Exit the I-C through the Hatch.
4. Turn to face the MPR, build another MPR.
5. Deconstruct the Hatch and the I-C. Yep cliff diving is fun.
6. Enter the MPR just constructed by building a ladder to it.
7. Repeat steps 2 to 6 as desired.
8. Enjoy.
