A few suggestions

Item Suggestions:

-Bait box -a battery powered deployable item that emits a low light to attract small fish and occasionally predators.

-More glove options 1. med gloves- replenishes health over time 2. webbed gloves- increases swim speed

-Dual Oxygen Tank- Attaches two normal oxygen tanks together to greatly increase O2 and is wear-able in the tank slot at the cost of some swim speed.

-Base defense shock pulse -a defense item created on the outside of your base. Emits an electric field to scare predators away in a certain radius.

Additional Features:


-Cyclops Exterior Hull Light - Wide Flood light attached to middle section of hull of cyclops, to illuminate seafloor underneath your cyclops when you exit to make observing seafloor easier at night.

-Ability to create titanium ingots directly from 5 metal scraps. (just to save some time farming)

-Leviathan Reaper spawn underneath the floating island

Monsters:

Biome bosses- biomes should have a local fauna that has been greatly altered by the carar, that you're required to kill for endgame blueprints or resources and starts spawning later in the game after enough storyline is completed.

Sea Urchins- spawns on mountain sides are dangerous if touched, but are edible if killed

Aggressive ambush predator like a flounder in the dunes, that hide in the sand similar to sand sharks

Swordfish- the grand reef needs an aggressive fauna, these are fast moving aggressive, hit and run fauna

Giant seaworms- Found in fixed locations, when agitated they open their mouths and can cause a whirlpool that can suck the player in when diving, but harmless when in a vehicle

Pack of Piranhas- would be awful to get swarmed and chased by 2-5 small predatory fish
