Save resets itself after 14 in game hours

After about 14 in game hours the game will reset, spawn me randomly in the safe shallows with nothing on me, and all of my blueprints gone. All structures and vehicles have been removed. Aurora repaired, life pod empty.
This is happening to my friend with every single save, and he was being a dumbass and deleted the saves.
