Steam to Xbox?

Well I purchased the game a couple years ago on Steam but haven't been able to play it on my computer in over a year (my computer got gradually worse). Is there ANY way to get the purchase transferred from Steam to Xbox? I don't wanna buy it twice and only play it on one system.

Ugh, makes me so sad. ;_; Thanks anyway. I love the game so I guess I'll break down and buy it on Xbox.
