Have had a few issues since booting into the game
First noticeable issue was when I went to a lifepod next to what used to be a large chunk of wreckage, all the cargo & wreckage was there but not the haul. it was vacant, I attempted to load out of the game and back in thinking it was just a loading issue when I came up on the 2nd Issue.
The game on Hardcore Survival isn't saving.
I got a message after I pressed Save & Quit to Main Menu - That the Save could not be loaded and to try again or quit. Eventually I quit figuring the it saved, but when I attempted to load the new game save that was there, it failed to load and kept repeating the message.
3rd Issue was when I attempted to delete a saved game and reload a new game in Hardcore Survival, I skipped the main sequence of the ship going down and the escape pod, and the whole game crashed.
