Problem when placing/building certain objects on 45 degree windowns in the Multipurpose Room

Picture frames stays forever as blueprints, being unable to be finished or deconstructed (can't select the picture frame: can't deconstruct the multipurpose room because you can't remove the 45 degree window because you need to deconstruct the picture frame first).
Posters can't be removed once they are placed on the 45 degree window, again because it can't be targeted, so you essencially have the same problem as the Picture frames, unable to remove the multipurpose room forever.
