[CRASH] Swimming from floating island to GUN island [42313 Dec-2016]

I was swimming from the floating island back to the gun island and the game stalled, started working again, then crashed before I reached the island. Log and file pastes are below.

I think it is this bug:

Short: After saving, wrecks and vines spawn multiple times in the same location. When changing biome this can crash your game.
This is also a main reason for fps drops.

Now I can't load this save. It's giving me the SNUnmanagedData\Build18 error line and won't load.
