Marine current turbines and osmotic power for energy!

We've currently got photovoltaic solar, geothermal, and nuclear fission as sources of energy--but as we're on an ocean planet with exploration equipment tailored to such an environment, adding a couple of ocean-centric power sources would be thematically appropriate.

• Marine Current Power
  • This employs a turbine that is driven by ocean currents (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marine_current_power). Depends on whether something like an ocean current mechanic makes its way into the game.
• Osmotic Power
  • Selectively-permeable membranes harness power from osmosis due to differences in salinity (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Osmotic_power).
  • As the Lost River biome has "brine rivers" of sorts, this could be useful at greater depths when thermal vents are absent.

Very nice Ideas. For Current Power the game creaters have to include a current system. Would very nice!

I feel like there is going to be a world builder update for a lot of this stuff. Storms, AI, all sorts of immersive updates to make the world feel more alive
