Lifeforms vanishing?

Anyone else have the wildlife vanish in their game? 2 hours into a new game from the new update and there's 0 life.

Edit: Just had to hard quit the game and reload it

    yeh happens frequently in my game too, only solution that works is as you mentioned.

    Since you have mentioned, yes I have had all the resources dissappear from the game. Ex. Limestone, quartz, metal scrap, or bluprints.
