[bug] unable to deconstruct room / platform [42313]

I came accross this result while experimenting with building http://imgur.com/a/z7iyL.
I tried to reproduce it and found out how to get something similar:
- build something to have a first layer.
- on top of it place a platform, without contructing it (it matters).
- on top of the first layer and below the platform build a vertical connector, without constructing it (not tested if this matters).
- on top of the platform and veritcal connector build a multi-purpose room, you should have something like this: http://imgur.com/a/n3kfA
- You can now construct everything, or remove the platform and construct the rest.
- put a ladder in the vertical connectorm, it works.
- Try removing the ladder which buggs out and dissapears.
- Impossible to deconstruct the room anymore, or the connector, or place another ladder.
By the way is there any way I can force remove the room and platform in my game save ?

As it stands I can't play the game like this after putting 10hrs into this save
