[Bug] Wrecks Spawn Multiple Fragments and Lasercut Doors [42313 Dec-2016]

Hi, I don't know if this happens to other players (reproducible) during gameplay, but it certainly happens to me. Please let me know if I need to send/upload more files for the devs to look at.

Subnautica Version - Early Development Build 42313 Dec-2013
Description - Wrecks spawn multiple fragments (more so than I think is intended) and doors that need to be cut open with a laser cutter has 4-6 layers. That means I have to use the oxygen cheat and extra batteries to be able to cut through them all!! Also, when i'm about to enter such a wreck, the game begins to stutter hard.
Reproduction steps - This bug will occur to all bigger wrecks like the one close to Life Pod 13 and where it did not happen at all in the beginning, it now happens every time I play the game. Is this due to a save game issue or perhaps something else?
