Any tools for save file editing?

A new duplicating bug, as if there weren't enough as it is, now left my save completely ******. Even if I know "what" is causing it I can't really do anything about it by the looks of it.
In short, the problem is that seamoth has a torpedo module stored in a storage module and it was duplicated about... enough times that global-objects.bin is now 550mb, it takes 20 minutes to load the file. No I'm not exaggerating.
If I save... it goes to 1.25gigs. Worse yet it seems I only have so much time before the whole thing hangs up and it seems to hang up at random as well. Entering seamoth as I found out the hard way is bad idea. I got 2 frames in ~40-50 minutes. I initially thought it was caused by prawn since torpedo arm is broken and the storage in it behaves the same way as modules used... as in they glitch, can't be replaced etc, once used the arm is useless since even if you put more torpedos in they can't be used and sometimes disappear and sometimes they are faded etc. I deleted one stored with prawn and 2 backups in cyclopse that didn't do anything and that's how I finally found the culprit... tho mostly it was pretty obvious just looking at the save file, you don't need to be a genious to figure if this repeats for about 14 million lines that it's broken
