I'm the type of player who loves to go out of their way, or do some difficult task, and get a achievement for it. Its bad enough that Subnautica only has 3 achievements now, but they are also achievements that you just get while playing. There's no work involved. So UWE here's a thread of suggestions, unless this thread gets ignored. (Also this is in mind that 1.0 is out)
My suggestions:
Traveler - Go to every biome
Vegetarian - Get off the planet without eating a single fish
Reckless Driver - Kill 50 creatures with a vehicle
Need a place to rest? - Make a multipurpose room with a bed
Seeing all - Make a observatory
Overkill much? - Make every prawn upgrade
Hoarder - Have one of everyitem in inventory at one point of the game
We're gonna need a bigger sub - Kill a Reaper Leviathan
Decked out - Have a customized cyclops (colors and interior decorated)
You won't need this anymore - Take all of the secret items out of the Aurora
Going Deeper - Have the MK 3 Pressure compensator in all vehicles
Aquarium - Have one of every creature inside a aquarium
Herder - Farm fish in a aqarium
Farmer - Farm plants either underwater or in base
Put in your own, remember they area completely optional so they can pretty much be anything, besides things that you would get just playing through the story or game like Point! - You made a knife.

Aquaman: dive below 2000 meters
breeder: find all eggs
Walking with aliens: walk along the sea treader path in a P.R.A.W.N Suit
Beast-boy: swim with sea dragons
BUNGEE!!!!: use a dive reel to bungee-jump

What did I miss?- be somewhere else when the sunbeam gets shoot down (and not see it)
Not everything you hear is true- have a world that you somehow spent 9999 hours on. ..wait you actually believed that message?
Beast- beat the game On survival mode without dying
LEGEND- play the game on hardcore mode without using first aid, kill a reaper, kill a sea dragon and fix the Aurora.
Too much time- unlock all achievements
BETRAYER!- kill a cute fish (then go to jail)
UNSTOPPABLE- kill 3 reapers and a sea dragon without dying
No words- kill 10 reapers without dying
Some for you and you and you and you- feed 10 peepers to 10 different bleeders or stalkers
My favorite pal- feed 50 fish to the same stalker.
Dentist- Pick up a stalker tooth
EXTERMATE EXTERMATE EXTERMATE- kill 100 fish
I'm the Doctor- save the Sea Emperor's babies
Easter egg hunter- find all the Easter eggs
The power of the dark side- see a solar eclipse
Dragonborn?- kill a sea dragon
Lost and found visit the Lost River
Italian plumber- shoot the growth DNA at a mushroom
