Game save appears to load correctly, and even begins playing the noise of the wildlife near to where I saved, only to teleport me to the safe biome (meaning it drops me in the same spot as the "biome safe" command) additionally, my base, gear, placed items and submarines are nonexistent, as are the tools inside of the life pod (there are dark marks where they normally rest on the wall) the game begins feeding me information as though I had started from the beginning (smash limestone, go up for air, etc.)
tl;dr: Game effectively starts me out from the beginning, but without any of the construction tools and with an already repaired life pod. Considering the fact that I doubt you would code such a thing, I assume it's just my world minus all of the items, and my teleportation to the safe biome was an automatic response to not being able to put me inside a cyclops that no longer exists (or perhaps it lost my position information as well, and it was a response to that).

Lost about 31ish hours of gameplay and am slightly bitter about starting a new game. Am contemplating cheating in replacement gear, but it's not exactly the same, you know?
Beyond that, I am very happy and excited by this game and can see it visually and thematically improving since when I made my purchase. Keep up the great work.
PS: Consider updating your post on uploading saves. While I feel I am savvy enough to know what has changed during development, not everyone is. Assuming I know what I am talking about, consider changing the word "test" to "save####" in your post, as it would likely assist in reducing confusion.
