[Bug] Tablet Input Not Working Correctly (Build 42313)

Problems:
When using a pen tablet to interact with the game, you cannot click. This happens both in-game and in the starting menu. In-game you also cannot look around with a tablet input.

Clicking:
The clicking problem is related to how windows (or more likely the tablet driver) interprets it as a "pen click" rather than a "left click" (Which 99% of the time *should* be treated as the same). There is a working fix for Wacom devices (and probably others) by changing the pen tip input from "Click" to "L Click". (Instructions for the fix at the bottom of this post)

Looking Around:
The problem with looking around is probably related to the way tablets are mapped to the screen. (Again this is probably the driver's fault because it happens even when operating the tablet in "mouse mode")

Fix For Clicking:

1. Open "Wacom Tablet Properties" in the start menu (this should have been installed when you installed your Wacom tablet)
2. Click the "Pen" tab at the top of the window
3. On the right you will see an image representing your pen and at the tip of the pen you should see the word "Click". Click on the word "Click" and you should be prompted with a dropdown menu.
4. In the dropdown menu, select "Modifier"
5. In the popup under "Clicks" only check off "Left" and then click "OK"
6. You can now close "Wacom Tablet Properties" as the preferences should save automatically.
