[ns2_refinery] Trivial issue with the flow control power node

I noticed today that a MAC is capable of fully repairing the power node in Refinery from the other side of the thin wall the power node is mounted on.

The wall there probably just needs to be a unit or three thicker.

I wonder if a marine can do that, too, if he has a welder. Imagine the possibilities.

Hmm worth looking, though I kind of doubt it. I think MACs repair based on a range, whereas welders trace to find the "hit".

I think the bigger issue is that macs and drifters struggle to get up the stairs in the room adjacent towards the smelting room
