[CRASH] GAMES START TO CRASH AFTER 20+ HOURS [42313 Dec - 2016]

I played this game for 20+ hours (my system is not high end but managed to played on Recommend for graphics and Minimum for water)
As soon as I've built Cyclops and wanted to travel to Floater Islands the Game start to crash.
It doesn't matter if I use the Cyclops or Seamouth - approaching the Islands will crash the Game.
