[CRASH] Help me please

I just bought the game and my pc specs say i can run the game. Everything runs fine even when i load up a game. When i jump in the water i start to move around and a few seconds later my monitor loses connection to my tower then comes back. the game screen is white and i still hear the game.

One of my recommendations was launching Direct3D9 instead of the default Direct3D11
