[Crash] Massive lag then crash approaching north mtn island

So yes as the title says i get massive lag then crash while approaching the northern mountain island. I would like to provide the crash folders but can't seem to figure out how to get them in here, if someone can notify me how i can do that. Or tell me a good website to throw them on for download.

Yes i tried doing the exact thing 3 times and crashed in the same spot every time while approaching the island.

@halloween168 Try giving this a shot. Be sure to read the post for more solutions. So far clearing the game cache works (for awhile), or start a new game and use the cheats to spawn resource you need. Right now I'd say its the best place to look for info on this.
