[Crash/bug] game keeps frezeing at my 2st base

I desided to make a new base near where the floting island is so I can build my moonpool and for somereson every time I head a way form my base and come back with the stuff i need to addon to it, the game will freeze as I come to the top part of my base, the game freeze for about 45 to 65 sec and if it dont crash the game will start to play like normal and I can more all around the area with no trouble, unless I head a away from the base to get something.

This happens to me at my grand reef base. I seem to hit a certain "load" wall where I freeze for close to a minute. So far restarting the game and clearing terrain cache has helped the issue, at least until the time comes to clear the terrain cache again. If you're interested in looking into that see this thread. It is intended for issues after an update, but works equally well in fixing crash and stutter issues.
