[SPOILERS] Sunbeam Landing Site Crash

Every time I go to the "Sunbeam landing site, the game tries to load in the precursor gun and crash the game. I have attempted to change graphic settings, resolutions, and setting the priority to "Above High" in my task manager and it still crashes.

I had this problem as well. I was able to fix it by clearing my terrain cache.

Read the entire thread as you may have some unintended issues, so far, I have had none after doing this.

According to the devs, this can be used as a work around for now, but no promises until they fix it themselves.

The only part I dislike about doing this is it repopulates objects like doors and loot. Give it a go and return here with your results in case others need to fix the issue.
