Predators pack hunting for juvenile reefbacks

Been rewatching a scene from The Blue Planet (best bbc documentary ever!), and one gave me an idea for a creature behaviour:

That was not the same scene from the documetary, but it's basically the same thing.

Anyway, don't you think it would be cool to have a pack of bonesharks hunting juvenile reefbacks while the adults do their best to protect them?

@Jamezorg Well since you like The Blue Planet, I've got to tell you this info in case you missed it. I read this article from the Spring 2016 issue of BBC Wildlife Magazine:
Back in 2001, this epic eight-parter aired on BBC One to an audience of roughly 12 million people. Narrated by David Attenborough, it was the first comprehensive look at the ocean systems of the world, taking viewers to cold and warm waters, coral reefs, open oceans, tidal seas and down beneath the surface, revealing the hunting and survival skills of some of our most incredible marine species. Highlights include 400,000 ridley's turtles laying eggs along just one mile (1,6km) of Costa Rican beach; dolphins working co-operatively to bubble-net sardines; and a pod of orcas chasing a grey whale calf.
The BBC is venturing back into the world's waters for a brand new series for autumn 2017, which will look at new species identified since Blue Planet - such as the blanket octopus, yeti crab and velvet belly lanternshark; visit new locations, including the giant underwater waterfalls of Norway; and reveal new behaviour, such as dolphins using discarded shells to trap their fish prey.

    HYPE OVERLOAD!

I literally had desert seas open in the next tab when I read this...

My favorite one from blue planet had to be the segment about the deep ocean. I still crack up every time I hear david attenborough say "The vampire squid... from HELL"

Me too. The deep ocean is my fav one, closely followed by the episode 'bout temperate seas with the kelp forests.

Seasonal Seas all the way baby! And the one with the crabs fighting for the shell, and the sea snails surfing on the waves. That was... that was pretty cool.

If you've been watching Planet Earth II, imagine the Iguana as the survivor (we still haven't given the "Subnautica Guy" a name.... to my knowledge...) and the snakes as Reapers. And give the nightmares several claps when your done. Then get back to sleep, stop annoying the neighbours with your screaming.

Speaking of Attenborough "Desert Seas" documentary, I would like to take a minute to call your collective attention to the music at 26:00 minutes in- the theme for the barricuda. If I had chose a soundtrack that most defined the concept "reaper leviathan chilling in the 'hood" that would be it. I officially declare it the soundtrack of the NVP.
