Steam account linked weird help plz

When i first started playing this game i bought the shadow pack in the reinforcement program, I've recently started playing again but i linked my 2nd steam account to the account i originally used, now its really weird i don't know how to fix it. is there anyway to re-link it to my original steam account?

edit: i believe i will need help from an admin

    All steam account related issued and DLCs need to be handled by Steam/Valve itself, as we have no control over that.
    I recommend opening a support ticket through steam.
