Will the bones update be a November update ?

I wonder if the Bones update will be this month because they usually don't take long to get updates from steam to Xbox (I know the way i worded thats sounds like a bunch of bull but still). So i wonder will the update be this month and if so when should we expect it (because let's be honest they would not push out another update for the stable build of steam and not give us the bones update before they do that)

there xbox twitter they said they were addressing the performance issues and it was taking longer. also the team wanted to get things right.
