Main Menu Bug

in Subnautica Bug Reporting
I get to the Main Menu and I am unable to click on IE new game or anything but the mouse keeps going back to the center of the screen, even when I try and report the bug via F8 key but I am unable to do anything. I am on Build: 40062 Oct-2016 and Ive even tried going into the 'experimental' build with the same problem.
