[Bug] Engine picks default graphics card for Optimus Nvidia cards

Hello,
Before you rush here to say that this is a well-known issue I have to say that this was going on for nearly a year now and it still is not resolved. I am getting not more than 20 fps with my gaming laptop and constant staggering, weird graphical glitches because my default card (Integrated HD 4600) barely exceeds playable settings.
Judging from the forum posts, reddit posts and different posts from other social media / gaming and hardware related forums there is a considerable amount of players who suffer from this issue. Even though there are some suggestions available such as updating your graphics card to the latest version and forcing the Computer to run on Nvidia card none of them provided a solution for me. Also it is out of the question to disable your integrated graphics card as it is a buffer between the GPU.
Main point of this post is to :
1) Report a bug that many players suffering from that is degrading the player experience
2) Find a possible solution / workaround as the 10+ posts I have browsed does not contain a solution yet
3) Escalate the issue so that we might have a chance to receive a fix for v 1.0.
4) Escalate the issue to Nvidia through the development team so they can profile their software according to the game's build. This will mitigate thye issue to Nvidia.
