Quick outpost in major biome

For the early-mid game players, if you wish to gather resources in some hard to reach biome, it is recommended to build an outpost there.
You will need 18 titanium, 2 glass, 1 lubricant and 1 piece of bio matter like a creature egg or some seed.
After reaching the biome, you should find a relatively flat place, preferably with many resources around.
The construction process should start when you have at least 30 - 50 sec oxygen left.
First, construct a foundation using 4 titanium, this gives the outpost a flat surface to construct, and boost its HP by 2. It's not a must though, since the basic HP is 10, enough for some simple constructions.
Second, construct a multipurpose room using 6 titanium, it is for the bioreactor. Since most places are <15 Celcius degrees and without sunlight, bioreactor is the cheapest way to power the outpost.
Third, construct a hatch that attached to the multipurpose room. 2 titanium and 1 glass used.
Fourth, enter the hatch, run to the center of the multipurpose room, construct bioreactor. 4 titanium, 1 lubricant used.
Fifth, put the bio matter in the reactor to generate electricity, and air.
And last, construct a locker using 2 titanium and 1 glass to keep your loots.
Now you can gather the resources, put them back to the outpost to secure them.
It is also recommended to build an outpost beside a wreck, so you can search for it more easily.
It is recommended to put a beacon to mark the place of the outpost.
p.s. My outpost design, since it has no electricity-consuming objects, all you need is just 1 piece of bio matter. The generated power, no matter how few it is, will remain there to guarantee the oxygen.
