Subnautica Version - 38227 Sep-2016
Description - When exiting the PRAWN and you're facing the face of a mountain, you can end up inside of the model. I didn't get stuck as I was able to swim through the model.
Reproduction steps - Walk up to a vertical section of mountain with the PRAWN suit and exit it. You're character exits the PRAWN suit forward and into the mountain.

This screenshot shows that I could swim below the mountain into the model. I swan down for a bit then turned around and took a screenshot facing my PRAWN suit.
