[BUG] Stuck inside of section of base being constructed [38227 SEP-2016]

Subnautica Version - 38227 Sep-2016
Description - When placing parts of my base I sometimes end up stuck inside of the model of what I'm building and I'm unable to move my character. I have to deconstruct the item to be able to move.
Reproduction steps - When you click to start constructing an item, and you're in the location where it's being place, it looks like the game will move your character up above the piece that was placed. I was able to reproduce this issue when trying to build a piece of foundation that was under a corridor that was already built. In the screen capture below I had clicked to place the foundation piece and I assume that due to the corridor above me it couldn't move my character up so I got stuck inside of the foundation piece. I was able to use Q to deconstruct it and then constructed it from a different angle where my character wouldn't be in the way.
This was another screenshot while reproducing the issue a second time and you can see that it did move me up a little and I was partially inside of the corridor, and like before I was stuck and couldn't move in any direction
