the title says it all, go to your console and write "item transfuser" No Commas needed if it works *i recommend you use it on experimental because I Don't know if they have it on original subnautica (not experimental version i mean to write down) and to use it right click a Peeper, AirSack, and others but not all work on the transfuser and you have to Right click the entity with it but click it everywhere not all spots work.

The transfuser's been in the code for a while, as far as I know. It's just not possible to get without the console.

yeah its not craftable and wasn't mentioned when it was implemented into the game.

I thought the dna transfuser has been in the game's code for a long time, people were using it to get dna from reefbacks and make stalkers and stuff massive lol

The Transfuser has been in the game for a while - last I knew it didn't actually DO anything though.

You unlock it by harvesting the teeth from twelve dead reapers, which only drop if you kill it with your bare hands, and combining them with sulfer and then activating it by letting yourself get shocked by an amp-eel seven times in one minute.

You forgot the extract of sea dragon leviathan- only obtainable from live subjects.

Yeah it has been around since early days, and has very limited functionality. You can do funny stuff with it, but nothing useful really.
