Resources dont spawn bug

I just started another hardcore game. At first every thing was alright, but when i began searching for the Sea moth i barely found any Fragments.
But when i was at the wreck at the grand reef for the moonpoolfragments, there were no resources at all, nothing anywhere, after that i looked in the mountain biome and again nothing, not even one deposit in the whole biome.
I reloaded an old save game and went to the same Spot and there were minerals everywhere.
Does something like that happen often, can i re spawn them somehow ??
Or is the only way to restart again, but iam afraid the bug will strike again
