[Crash] NVIDIA High Definition Audio over HDMI crash on launch [Experimental 38110]

When trying to launch Subnautica while connected to my audio receiver via HDMI and using it as my sound output, it will crash. If I switch back to my internal speakers, everything works fine. The HDMI out is using the NVIDIA High Definition Audio driver, while the internal speakers are using a RealTek sound chip (not sure of the actual model number but the hardware ID is 1043:1ced).
Playing Subnautica with HDMI audio used to work, although it would usually take several re-launches of Subnautica before the audio would actually play through the speakers, but no crashes. I haven't used the HDMI out for about a week, so I'm not sure exactly when this started, but currently I'm running experimental version 38110.
The error log starts with:
rxaudio.dll caused an Access Violation (0xc0000005)
in module rxaudio.dll at 0033:a22b74b6.
but searching through the forums didn't turn up anything.
Here are the logs:
output_log.txt - http://pastebin.com/U4BAjQuH
error.log - http://pastebin.com/FHvGRLRR
dxdiag.txt - http://pastebin.com/FmDtyjVM
Excellent game and very few issues for an experimental build.
Thanks.
