I got lost and found a strange place

While exploring the active lava zone i somehow got lost and found an area at about 1600 depth that has no lava, nust sand and rock outcroppings, im not sure how to find the coordinates for it either.

Found out about the show biome command, apparently it is the sea emperor facility, but i can only assume that the actual building isnt in the game yet.
