Xbox One: Green Squares in Blood Kelp/ Lost River

In what I believe is the lost river are floating, flat, green squares. I can pass through them, but it seems very off. Is the lost river not supposed to be on the Xbox One yet?

    The Lost River isn't done yet. The PC version isn't looking any prettier; I too saw the neon green squares. They're placeholders for the river/lake until the proper look will be implemented.
