This particular item is not "place-able" on board the Cyclops anywhere.
I know it's a very minor thing, but it would be nice if we were able to RP the thing, and take it along when ever we go out exploring in the large submarine.
I wanted to leave one on the Cyclops' Bridge, but was unable to.

Although I agree, it would probably be better over in the other ideas and suggestions board.
