[Bug] Opening locker at max range disables turning [37122]

When attempting to open the locker from maximum allowed range, the interface fails to appear.
However the mouse cursor changes to an arrow and you can no longer turn your character, but you can move.
It is still possible to interact with items in the game, if you move closer to the locker for example, and doing so will correct the fault.
Recreation:
- Walk up to a locker until the hand icon just appears
- Click to open the locker
