STUCK IN ARAURA

I saved in the araura and when i came back my body is jumpin in a doorway and if i move i end up outside the map, or i move into room and im stuck in the room with door closed. got 12 hours in and dont want to start over got full inventory of stuff from araura

There is a couple places it glitches like that inside...but I have always been able to free myself. It's just very sensitive.
