PRAWN Update, Goods and Bads (mainly bads)

So with the arrival of the PRAWN update i can fire up the game without VR nut i cant do anything at all. The mouse is glitchy and always reverts back to a start position and i can open the load game menu (nothing else) but since there was an update i cant load it without updating but again i cant move the mouse so i can only press cancel. Controller button A works but nothing else. By the way all this is without oculus.
Edit: I cant launch the game in VR at all!
