That was the "Rides with Sea Dragons" story of a crazy Subnautican with a Prawn suit and 2 grappling hooks. He attached to the back of the Sea Dragons with the grappling hooks and rode with them through the Lava hells of Subnautica while Precursor cannons tried to shoot him down. He later got known as the Sea Emperor's best friend and wrote many stories of this Emperor kin ruling the Subnautica oceans before the Precursors almost extinguished them.
